Currently trying to update my ISDT Q6 Plus charger.
I have the right cable, firmware and update tool too. I have already installed the driver from the update tool.
But when I then click "Update" to update the firmware, it keeps telling me the loader is not connected (Windows 7).
Charger is connected to the power supply, nothing at the power output and the update cable is connected to the computer via USB. However, the update tool does not find the loader.
Is there a trick?
